About Us
TAPATIO means anything or anyone from the city of Guadalajara in the Mexican state of Jalisco. A man from Guadalajara is a Tapatio, a woman, Tapatia. The song El Jarabe Tapatio is a traditional dance from Guadalajara. If you are unfamiliar with Mexican food please read our food descriptions. With your permission we suggest the Main Dishes - not for the price, but because they are prepared with authentic, yet mild flavor. For those who like it hot, we put a dish of hot sauce on the table. It is absolutely correct to eat Tacos and Tortillas with your fingers. Mexican food is good only when prepared and served hot. Please allow us time to prepare your food right. We use only 100 percent vegetable oil. Descriptions of Burrito (Bu-ree-toh) Flour tortilla rolled with seasoned filling and covered with burrito sauce and cheese.
